1.38 GIFTS.
The Minnesota commissioners may accept on behalf of the state a gift from any source,
private or public, and use it for the purposes for which it is tendered, consistent with the duties of
the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary Area Commission. Money so received shall be deposited
in the state treasury and is appropriated annually to the commissioners to carry out the terms
of the gift.
