1.33 REPRESENTATIVES, SELECTION.
The Minnesota representation on the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary Area Commission
shall consist of five commissioners appointed by the governor, each for a four-year term. The
terms of the commissioners shall be staggered. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment by
the governor for the unexpired term.
