     488A.23 Fees payable to the administrator. 

    Subdivision 1.    Fees in civil actions.  Except as 
 otherwise provided herein, the fees payable to the administrator 
 for services in civil actions shall be the same as those payable 
 to the court administrator of the district court, Second 
 Judicial District, for like services, exclusive of library 
 fees.  The fees payable to the administrator for all other 
 services performed by the administrator or the court shall be 
 fixed by rules promulgated by a majority of the judges.

    Subd. 5.    Fees in advance.  All fees payable to the 
 administrator shall be paid in advance.  

    Subd. 6.    Exemptions from fees; no trial fees.  No 
 filing fees, trial fees or fees for other services are payable 
 by the county.
