2004 Minnesota Statutes

     300.01 Existing corporations continued. 

    Until otherwise provided by law, a private corporation 
 existing and doing business at the time of the taking effect of 
 Revised Laws 1905, March 1, 1906, continues to exercise and 
 enjoy all powers and privileges it has under its articles of 
 incorporation and applicable laws then in force and remains 
 subject to all the duties and liabilities to which it was then 
 subject.
