2004 Minnesota Statutes

     168.231 Tax proceeds credited to highway user fund.  

    The proceeds of the tax imposed under the provisions of 
 sections 168.181 to 168.231 shall be collected by the registrar 
 of motor vehicles and paid into the state treasury and credited 
 to the highway user tax distribution fund.
