     181.84 Corn detasselers; work conditions. 


    Notwithstanding any state or federal statute or regulation 
 authorizing sanitary conditions less favorable to the employee 
 than the following requirement, every employer of corn 
 detasselers shall provide a potable water supply in the field 
 and which is easily accessible to all employees with materials 
 or equipment so that the water may be easily drunk in a sanitary 
 manner.
