     16B.741 Elevator available for inspection. 

    A person, firm, entity, or corporation that owns or 
 controls a building or other structure housing an elevator that 
 is subject to inspection by the department, shall, upon request, 
 provide access at a reasonable hour to the elevator for purposes 
 of inspection.
