     97B.061 Reports and records. 

    The commissioner may request a person who has taken game to 
 submit a report to the commissioner on a furnished form, stating 
 the number or kind of each game animal taken during the 
 preceding license year.  There is no penalty for failure to 
 comply with a request from the commissioner under this section, 
 and information submitted to the commissioner under this section 
 may not be used as evidence in a prosecution under this chapter, 
 chapter 97A or 97C.
