     92.11 Lands appraised. 

    The commissioner may have any real estate under the 
 commissioner's jurisdiction appraised.  The appraisal must be 
 made and reported as in the case of school or other state 
 lands.  The appraisers must report the value of the lands and 
 the improvements on them, if any, separately; and if any of the 
 lands, are valuable for merchantable timber on them the value of 
 the merchantable timber must also be separately stated.  The 
 appraised value is the minimum price for the lands until changed 
 by later appraisal.
