     490.105 Retirement compensation, certain district and 
  supreme court judges.  

    The pension of a judge of the district or supreme court who 
 retires before June 3, 1967, or of the surviving spouse of a 
 judge of the district or supreme court who dies before June 3, 
 1967, shall remain in the same amount as was payable prior to 
 June 3, 1967.
