     144.384 Notice of violation. 

    Upon discovery of a violation of a maximum contaminant 
 level or treatment technique, the commissioner shall promptly 
 notify the supplier of the violation, state the rule violated, 
 and state a date by which the violation must be corrected or by 
 which a request for variance or exemption must be submitted.
