     103I.505 Reciprocity of licenses. 

    Subdivision 1.    Reciprocity authorized.  The 
 commissioner may issue a license or register a person under this 
 chapter, without giving an examination, if the person is 
 licensed or registered in another state and:  

    (1) the requirements for licensing or registration under 
 which the well contractor was licensed or registered do not 
 conflict with this chapter; 

    (2) the requirements are of a standard not lower than that 
 specified by the rules adopted under this chapter; and 

    (3) equal reciprocal privileges are granted to licensees of 
 this state.  

    Subd. 2.    License fee required.  A well contractor 
 must apply for the license and pay the fees under the provisions 
 of this chapter to receive a license under this section.
