     89A.10 Continuing education; certification. 

    It is the policy of the state to encourage timber 
 harvesters and forest resource professionals to establish 
 continuing education programs within their respective 
 professions that promote sustainable forest management.  The 
 council shall, where appropriate, facilitate the development of 
 these programs.
