     367.033 Service on school boards; incompatibility of 
  offices. 

    Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, a person may 
 serve on both a school board, however organized, and a town 
 board of supervisors concurrently.  This section does not apply 
 to members of the town board of a town exercising the powers of 
 a statutory city under section 368.01, or a special law.
