     365.46 Notice to secretary of state, others; recording. 

    Subdivision 1.    By county auditor.  The county auditor 
 shall immediately send a certified copy of the county board's 
 resolution dissolving a town to the secretary of state.  The 
 secretary of state shall then record the dissolution.  

    Subd. 2.    Copies.  The county auditor shall also send 
 a copy of the notice of the dissolution to:  (1) the state 
 demographer, (2) the land management information center, (3) the 
 Minnesota municipal board, and (4) the commissioner of 
 transportation.
