     299F.13 Order in writing.  

    The order shall be in writing, recite the grounds therefor, 
 and be filed in the office of the court administrator of the 
 district court of the county in which the building or structure 
 so ordered to be altered, repaired, or demolished is situated 
 and thereupon all further proceedings for the enforcement 
 thereof shall be had in that court.
