     299F.12 Exit opened, order.  

    When the state fire marshal upon inspection shall find a 
 building of such construction and use that the exits and means 
 of egress already provided do not afford reasonably safe escape 
 in case of fire for the number of people customarily within the 
 state fire marshal may order such exits to be opened and such 
 means of escape to be provided as are judged reasonably 
 necessary to eliminate the danger arising therefrom.
