     176.581 Payment to state employees. 

    Upon a warrant prepared by the commissioner of the 
 department of employee relations and approved by the 
 commissioner of finance, and in accordance with the terms of the 
 order awarding compensation, the state treasurer shall pay 
 compensation to the employee or the employee's dependent.  These 
 payments shall be made from money appropriated for this purpose.
