     154.18 Fees. 

    The fees collected, as required in this chapter, chapter 
 214, and the rules of the board, shall be paid in advance to the 
 executive secretary of the board.  The executive secretary shall 
 deposit the fees in the state treasury, to be disbursed by the 
 executive secretary on the order of the chair in payment of 
 expenses lawfully incurred by the board.
