     88.648 False statement; misdemeanor. 


    Any person who makes any false statement in any 
 application, form, or other statement for the purpose of 
 obtaining any written consent or bill of sale as described in 
 sections 88.641 to 88.644 is guilty of a misdemeanor.  


    Except as otherwise provided in this subdivision, any 
 person who violates any provision of sections 88.641 to 88.647, 
 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
