     525.053 Delivery to successor.  


    When the term of office of any judge expires, the judge 
 shall deliver to the successor all books, records, and papers in 
 the judge's possession relating to that office.  Upon failure to 
 do so within five days after demand by the successor, the judge 
 shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
