     51A.47 Correction of wrongdoings by unimpaired 
  institution.  

    No conservator or receiver shall be appointed, or private 
 property seized, with respect to an association which is not in 
 an impaired condition if the alleged wrongdoing can be otherwise 
 corrected as provided in sections 51A.01 to 51A.57 or otherwise 
 as provided by law.
