355.16 Costs defrayed from proceeds of special benefit taxes.
The proceeds of the special benefit taxes authorized to be levied for redevelopment purposes under section 469.033, subdivision 6, may be used to defray all or part of the costs incurred by any housing and redevelopment authority under the provisions of sections 355.11 to 355.16.
