341.04 Executive secretary; personnel.

The board of boxing shall have power to appoint, and at its pleasure remove, an executive secretary and prescribe the powers and duties of the office. The executive secretary shall be the executive secretary of the board, but shall not be a member of the board. The board may employ such other personnel as may be necessary in the performance of its duties.
