     252.09 Courses of instruction for teachers. 

    The commissioner of human services may establish and 
 maintain at the state hospital for persons with mental 
 retardation at Faribault courses of instruction for teachers and 
 others interested in the care and training of persons with 
 mental retardation and make all necessary rules for the 
 organization and conduct of such courses.
