     144.073 Use of duplicating equipment. 

    The state commissioner of health is authorized to maintain 
 and operate mimeograph or similar type of stencil duplicating 
 equipment in the Minneapolis office to expedite the issuance of 
 communicable disease bulletins and public health information 
 circulars to agents of a board of health as authorized under 
 section 145A.02 and other public health workers.
