     125A.47 Data collection. 

    By July 1, 1994, the departments of children, families, and 
 learning, health, and human services must develop a plan to 
 collect data about which early intervention services are being 
 provided to children and families eligible under the Individuals 
 with Disabilities Education Act, United States Code, title 20, 
 section 1471 et seq. (Part H, Public Law Number 102-119) and 
 sources of payment for those services.
