     103I.115 Compliance with this chapter required. 


    (a) Except as provided in paragraph (b), a person may not 
 construct, repair, or seal a well or boring, except as provided 
 under the provisions of this chapter. 


    (b) Until June 30, 1994, this chapter does not apply to 
 dewatering wells 45 feet or less in depth.
