     514.25 Contents of statement.  

    Such statement and notice shall state the name of the 
 person claiming the lien, the name of the owner or reputed owner 
 of the animal sought to be charged with the lien, and a 
 description sufficient for identification of the animal upon 
 which the lien is claimed, and the amount due the claimant, as 
 near as may be, over and above all legal offsets.
