     502.77 Power if part of security.  

    When a power to sell lands is given to the grantee in a 
 mortgage, or other conveyance intended to secure the payment of 
 money, the power is a part of the security and vests in, and may 
 be executed by, any person who becomes entitled to the money so 
 secured to be paid.
