     326.64 Fees deposited. 

    All fees received under sections 326.57 to 326.65 shall be 
 deposited by the state commissioner of health to the credit of 
 the general fund in the state treasury.  The salaries of the 
 necessary employees of the commissioner and the per diem of the 
 inspectors and examiners hereinbefore provided, their expenses 
 and the incidental expenses of the commissioner in carrying out 
 the provisions of sections 326.57 to 326.65 shall be paid from 
 the appropriations made to the state commissioner of health but 
 no expense or claim shall be incurred or paid in excess of the 
 amount received from the fees herein provided.
