     326.405 Reciprocity with other states. 

    The commissioner of health may license without examination, 
 upon payment of the required fee, nonresident applicants who are 
 licensed under the laws of a state having standards for 
 licensing plumbers which the commissioner determines are 
 substantially equivalent to the standards of this state if the 
 other state grants similar privileges to Minnesota residents 
 duly licensed in this state.
