219.743 Exceptions.
Sections 219.681 and 219.741 do not apply to:
(1) logging or ore roads constructed and used exclusively for logging or mining purposes;
(2) tracks described in section 219.681 which are used exclusively for logging or mining purposes; or
(3) a railroad which is not a common carrier.
