     13.671 Iron range resources and rehabilitation board 
  data. 

    Subdivision 1.    Nonpublic data.  The following data 
 that are submitted to the commissioner of the iron range 
 resources and rehabilitation board by businesses that are 
 requesting financial assistance are nonpublic data:  the 
 identity of the business and financial information about the 
 business including, but not limited to, credit reports, 
 financial statements, net worth calculations, business plans, 
 income and expense projections, customer lists, and market and 
 feasibility studies not paid for with public funds.  

    Subd. 2.    Public data.  Data submitted to the 
 commissioner under subdivision 1 become public data upon 
 submission of the request for financial assistance to the iron 
 range resources and rehabilitation board except that the 
 following data remain nonpublic:  business plans, income and 
 expense projections, customer lists, and market and feasibility 
 studies not paid for with public funds.
