     469.306 Revocation. 

    The commissioner may revoke a business' incentive grant if 
 the applicant has not proceeded in good faith with its 
 operations in a manner which is consistent with the purpose of 
 sections 469.301 to 469.308 and is possible under circumstances 
 reasonably within the control of the applicant. 

    The commissioner may reconsider the revocation of the 
 incentive grant if the business provides evidence that 
 circumstances of its failure to proceed were beyond its control 
 or that it did not act in bad faith.
