     326.224 Single act evidence of practice. 

    Displaying or presenting a card, sign, advertisement, or 
 other printed, engraved, or written instrument or device bearing 
 a person's name in conjunction with the words "certified public 
 accountant" or any abbreviation thereof, or "licensed public 
 accountant" or any abbreviation thereof, except as permitted by 
 sections 326.165 to 326.229, shall be prima facie evidence in 
 any action brought under sections 326.165 to 326.229 that the 
 person whose name is so displayed caused or procured the 
 displaying or presenting of the card, sign, advertisement, or 
 other printed, engraved, or written instrument or device, and 
 that the person is holding out to be a certified public 
 accountant or a licensed public accountant.  In any action 
 evidence of the commission of a single act prohibited by 
 sections 326.165 to 326.229 shall be sufficient to justify an 
 injunction or a conviction without evidence of a general course 
 of conduct.
