*   NOTE:  Subdivision 1 was also amended by Laws 1997, chapter 
*85, article 4, section 29, to read as follows: 

*   "Subdivision 1.    Among job applicants.  At least 80 
*percent of funds allocated among eligible job applicants 
*statewide must be allocated to: 

*   (1) applicants living in households with no other income 
*source; 

*   (2) applicants whose incomes and resources are less than 
*the standards for eligibility for general assistance; 

*   (3) applicants who are eligible for aid to families with 
*dependent children or Minnesota family investment 
*program-statewide; and 

*   (4) applicants who live in a farm household who demonstrate 
*severe household financial need."
