     145.425 Pay toilets in public places; prohibitions; 
  penalty.  

    Pay toilets and urinals in public places, public 
 conveyances or public buildings are prohibited unless at least 
 one-half of the available toilets in the same area or rest room 
 are free and maintained at the same standards of sanitation and 
 upkeep.  Violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
