     120B.38 Uniform forms for state examinations; state 
  board.  

    Upon the request of any superintendent of any public or 
 private school teaching high school courses in the state, the 
 state board shall designate or prepare uniform forms for state 
 examinations in each high school subject during the month of May 
 of each year; such request shall be in writing and delivered to 
 the commissioner before January first of such year.
