     119A.54 Reports. 

    Each grantee shall submit an annual report to the 
 commissioner of children, families, and learning on the format 
 designated by the commissioner, including program information 
 report data.  By January 1 of each year, the commissioner shall 
 prepare an annual report to the health and human services 
 committee of the house of representatives and the family 
 services committee of the senate concerning the uses and impact 
 of head start supplemental funding, including a summary of 
 innovative programs and the results of innovative programs and 
 an evaluation of the coordination of head start programs with 
 employment and training services provided to AFDC and MFIP-S 
 recipients.
