     93.355 Payments on leases.  

    Such contracts, lease, or agreements shall provide for an 
 annual minimum rental payable quarterly in such sum as shall be 
 determined by the commissioner of natural resources with the 
 approval of the executive council, and shall contain a provision 
 requiring the lessee to assume and agree to pay all damages 
 sustained by riparian owners occasioned by operations under such 
 lease.
