     583.30 Forms and compensation. 

    Subdivision 1.    Compensation.  The director shall set 
 the compensation of mediators and credit analysts. 

    Subd. 2.    Forms.  The director shall adopt voluntary 
 mediation application, mediation request, and claim forms.
