     514.28 Certified copy; evidence.  

    A copy of such statement and notice of lien, filed as 
 aforesaid, certified by the filing officer shall be received in 
 evidence in any proceeding to enforce the lien provided for in 
 sections 514.23 to 514.34, but only of the fact that such 
 statement and notice of lien was received and filed according to 
 the endorsements of the filing officer thereon and of no other 
 fact.
