508A.835 Disposal of canceled duplicate CPTs and receipt cards.
The registrar of titles is authorized to destroy owner's duplicate CPTs marked "canceled," upon the entry of a new owner's duplicate CPT, and the receipt cards for the "canceled" CPTs.
