     480.057 Promulgation. 


    Subdivision 1.    Effective date of rules; publication.  
 All rules promulgated under sections 480.051 to 480.058 are 
 effective at a time fixed by the court.  The rules must be 
 published as part of Minnesota Statutes according to section 
 3C.08.  


    Subd. 2.    Printing, publishing, and distributing.  The 
 revisor of statutes shall print, publish, and distribute copies 
 of the rules according to section 3C.12.
