     341.11 Boxing exhibition rules. 

    The board shall promulgate rules to govern the holding of 
 amateur boxing exhibitions within the state. 

    The board shall not promulgate any rules which, if followed 
 by a participant, would adversely affect the participant's 
 amateur status in states other than Minnesota.
