     32.534 Penalty.  

    Any person, whether individually or as a member or employee 
 of a partnership, or as an officer, agent, or employee of a 
 corporation who directs or knowingly permits any violation of 
 any of the provisions of sections 32.53 to 32.534, or who aids 
 or assists therein, either on the person's own behalf or in the 
 interests of the person's employer or principal shall, upon the 
 first conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than 
 $100, or to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 
 days, or both; and upon each subsequent conviction thereof, 
 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $3,000 nor more than 
 $10,000, or to imprisonment in the county jail for not less than 
 six months nor more than one year, or both.
