     30.15 Commissioner to enforce.  

    The commissioner shall at all times have access to all 
 buildings, yards, warehouses, storage and transportation 
 facilities in which potatoes are kept, stored, handled, or 
 transported, to inspect the same as to grade, quality, 
 condition, and packs, tagging, branding, and labeling.
