     245.716 Reports; data collection. 

    Subdivision 1.    Periodic reports.  The commissioner 
 shall specify requirements for reports, including quarterly 
 fiscal reports, according to section 256.01, subdivision 2, 
 paragraph (17).  

    Subd. 2.    Social services report.  Beginning in 
 calendar year 1983, each county shall include in the report 
 required by section 256E.10 a part or subpart which addresses 
 the items specified in section 256E.10, subdivision 1, clauses 
 (a) and (b), as they pertain to the use of funds available from 
 the federal government for services of qualified community 
 mental health centers.  

    Subd. 3.    Social services report.  Beginning in
