     144E.17 Reports. 

    Subdivision 1.    Reporting of information.  Operators 
 of ambulance services licensed pursuant to sections 144E.001 to 
 144E.16 shall report information about ambulance service to the 
 board as the board may require.  The reports shall be classified 
 as "private data on individuals" under the Minnesota Government 
 Data Practices Act, chapter 13.  

    Subd. 2.    Failure to report.  Failure to report all 
 information required by the board shall constitute grounds for 
 licensure revocation.
